Introduction

A week of slow living along the Aegean Sea designed to help you step out of the noise of everyday life and return to your body.

Mornings begin with reformer Pilates and breathwork overlooking the water—movement that builds strength, mobility, and awareness while inviting you into a more grounded, connected state. From there, the day opens. Long, unstructured afternoons are yours to swim in the sea, explore the island, unwind at the spa, or simply rest and do nothing at all.

Throughout the week, you’ll experience a thoughtfully curated blend of movement, breathwork, and meaningful experiences—from a private boat day along the coast to a hands-on Greek cooking class and guided hikes through Amorgos’ natural landscape.

Evenings are a time to come back together—restorative practices, nervous system down-regulation, shared meals, and moments of connection as the sun sets over the Aegean.

This retreat is an invitation to soften your pace, reconnect with yourself, and experience travel in a way that feels spacious, intentional, and deeply restorative.
