Enjoy delicious fresh food at award-winning Ambrosia Gallery Restaurant. You will be served an abundant breakfast buffet daily, as well as a tasty lunch and dinner. They use fresh food and locally grown vegetables and a variety of spices grown on the island. The meals are all vegetarian and vegan. Please let the retreat leader know at the time of your booking if you have any specific dietary requirements.

About organizer

Autumn and Melissa came together while navigating our own journeys in 2021 to put together a Chakras and Reiki Workshop. Little did we know, the universe was brewing up something quite special in the meantime. After realizing there was much potential when combining their forces together, we started to think about the bigger picture, and thus the first idea to host yoga retreats together was born.

With a love for travel and a love for yoga and spiritual healing, we were able to come together and learn the ropes in Morocco on retreat before hosting our first yoga retreat in Lake Atitlan, Guatemala in Nov. '22. We stayed stateside for a mini-retreat in beautiful Taos, NM in ‘23. In October ‘24, we brought their signature Chakra & Reiki Yoga Retreat to The Sacred Valley in Peru at the luxurious Willka Tika Retreat Center. We started off 2025 by going overseas to Casével, Portugal for our first Serenity Yoga Retreat where we explored yoga philosophy through the Yamas, Niyamas, and Yoga Sutras at the stunning Quinta Carvalhas in Portugal’s countryside. We returned to the shores of Lake Atitlan, Guatemala at Villa Sumaya in Nov. 2025 - a truly wondrous place to explore and be! Most recently, we retreated to San Juan, Puerto Rico to get in touch with our own roots and to share our culture with our community - all in the name of YOGA!

All in all, we both believe that healing is possible through movement, self-inquiry and reflection, meditation and relaxation. We would love to share our love for the chakras and traveling on our next journey.
