Enjoy delicious fresh food at award-winning Ambrosia Gallery Restaurant. You will be served an abundant breakfast buffet daily, as well as a tasty lunch and dinner. They use fresh food and locally grown vegetables and a variety of spices grown on the island. The meals are all vegetarian and vegan. Please let the retreat leader know at the time of your booking if you have any specific dietary requirements.

Cheryl Lovelace is the founder of Twisted Sister Yoga LLC and a Registered Yoga Teacher whose passion is helping others deepen their relationship with God through movement, prayer, Scripture, and stillness.

Since founding Twisted Sister Yoga in 2014, Cheryl has created a welcoming space where people of all ages and experience levels can strengthen their bodies while drawing closer to Christ.

Her classes blend gentle yet empowering yoga with Biblical meditation, creating an atmosphere of peace, joy, and authentic connection. Whether teaching on a beach at sunrise, leading a retreat in the mountains, or practicing beside the crystal-blue waters of the Aegean Sea, Cheryl encourages each participant to slow down, breathe deeply, and experience God's presence in a meaningful way.
