Enjoy delicious fresh food at award-winning Ambrosia Gallery Restaurant. You will be served an abundant breakfast buffet daily, as well as a tasty lunch and dinner. They use fresh food and locally grown vegetables and a variety of spices grown on the island. The meals are all vegetarian and vegan. Please let the retreat leader know at the time of your booking if you have any specific dietary requirements.

The Ultimate Girls Week Away (UGWA) is a women’s retreat experience designed to reconnect you to yourself, your vision, and other extraordinary women.

Program

The Ultimate Girls Week Away (UGWA) program is curated to balance inspiration, depth, and genuine connection. Each retreat weaves together expert-led workshops which vary from art to play to dance to EFT and lots of things in between.

There are meaningful small-group conversations, wellbeing experiences, reflection time, and shared cultural moments unique to the destination. Mornings may begin with gentle grounding practices, followed by immersive group learning, personal development work, and spacious time to connect or rest.

The program is intentionally designed to feel both structured and spacious — allowing transformation to unfold naturally while ensuring every woman feels supported, seen, and part of something truly special.
