Enjoy delicious fresh food at award-winning Ambrosia Gallery Restaurant. You will be served an abundant breakfast buffet daily, as well as a tasty lunch and dinner. They use fresh food and locally grown vegetables and a variety of spices grown on the island. The meals are all vegetarian and vegan. Please let the retreat leader know at the time of your booking if you have any specific dietary requirements.

My true romance with Original Hot Yoga started almost 20 year ago when I took my very first yoga class ( which happened to be Bikram class) in a Flatiron studio in NYC. After teaching and practicing different types of yoga in NYC and Berlin I kept coming back to Original Hot Yoga aka Bikram and in 2024 I finally combined my biggest passions: traveling and yoga and started teaching and hosting international retreats. Currently I live in a small mountain town in Colorado where I climb mountains and teach and practice Ashtanga and Bikram. Bringing people together in yoga rooms in most beautiful places in the world makes my heart sing <3

Introduction

Sweat and Reset is original hot yoga ( aka Bikram) retreat. Daily morning hot yoga classes will be accompanied by more mellow yoga classes in the evening to compliment your primary Bikram practice
